Amvic Building Solutions Ltd is the construction arm of the Amvic group of companies providing an ICF installation service to both its own clients and those of Amvic Ireland.
Amvic Building Solutions first formed under the name B-A-G Building Contractors back in 1985, and remained so until May 2010 when its name was
changed in order to reinforce the Amvic group identity.
Amvic Building Solutions builds exclusively with the Amvic Insulating Concrete Formwork (ICF) system. Amvic Building Solutions is also responsible for the training and supervision of contractors new to Amvic ICF, and for on-site research, development and testing.

Amvic Building Solutions has spearheaded the use of steel fibre reinforced, crystalline growth waterproof, and self compacting
concrete in ICF for basement, water retaining and below ground structures. Further testing for BBA third party
certification is currently underway currently, with this testing expected to be completed and issued by year end 2010.
This will present the Amvic ICF system as the only ICF system with this certification and enable the system to be used as a
fully warranted grade 3, type 'B' basement solution.
